Privacy notice

Reading this site collects nothing about you personally unless you accept analytics in the banner at the bottom of the page.

If you accept, Google Analytics records which pages are opened, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and which site or search sent you. It does not receive your name, your email address or anything you type. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set and nothing is recorded. You can change your answer by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

If you complete the AI readiness assessment, or the consultation form, you give us your name, your work email, your company and your answers. Those forms are hosted by Zoho, and the answers reach our team so that a person can write back to you. If you email us instead, we hold that email.

We use what you send to answer you: your readiness results, a reply to your question, or a conversation about training or coaching. We may follow up once or twice about that enquiry. We do not sell anything to anyone, and we do not run advertising from this site.

Only the people who need to: our own team, and the services that run this site. Those are Vercel, which hosts the pages; Google Analytics, if you accepted it; and Zoho, which hosts the forms and our email. Each holds the data on our behalf.

Enquiries and assessment answers are kept while we are in contact with you, and afterwards until you ask us to delete them, so that we can pick up a conversation where it stopped. Ask at any time and we will delete them. Analytics data expires on Google’s own schedule.

Write to info@ai-in-practice.asia and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will do it, and we will confirm when it is done. If you would rather we never contact you again, say so in the same email and we will record that.

If we add anything to this site that collects data, this page changes on the same day and the date above changes with it.
